These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tell you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website
www.commuterclub.co.uk ("our site"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site. It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts
of our site. Certain areas of our site are only open to you if you register.

These terms of use refer to our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you,

We are not in any way connected to or endorsed by Transport for London (TFL). We are an independent organisation providing consumer
credit for the sole purpose of the purchase of an Annual Travelcard.

All orders made through us are subject to the relevant TFL Conditions of Carriage which apply to the Annual Travelcard ordered and any
further terms and conditions imposed by the relevant transport carrier.

We are therefore in no way responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to transport services and we do not set any
of the Conditions of Carriage or terms and conditions, including eligibility for refunds, of the various ticket types. Furthermore, we
will not be held liable for any misuse of an Annual Travelcard or Oystercard or contravention of any relevant carriers terms and conditions.

The consumer credit we offer through our site is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using our site you confirm that you are 18 years old or older.


All orders placed with us for Annual Travelcards or Oystercards are issued and delivered by our rail partner.

Whilst we try to monitor and make the delivery process as simple as possible errors may occur in which case you should contact us if your
Annual Travelcard or Oystercard has not arrived within 7 calendar days. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of your order there
may be occasions where errors arise. Should such an occasion arise please contact us and we will attempt to correct the error as quickly
as possible.

We aim to ensure delivery or orders within 7 calendar days but sometimes due to high order volume unexpected delays may occur.

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class Signed for, requiring a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to
pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.

Accessing our site

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a
temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you
if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use
and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

We will co-operate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user

We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards
