Azizi Developments has officially announced the upcoming sales launch of Burj Azizi, a record-breaking skyscraper that will stand as the second-tallest tower in the world. The 725-metre-high tower will rise proudly along Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, cementing the UAE’s position as a leader in luxury real estate development.

Scheduled for completion in 2028, Burj Azizi will offer an exclusive range of ultra-luxury residences, including suites, penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. The pricing for these prestigious properties will start at AED 10,000 per square foot, with some areas reaching as high as AED 17,000 per square foot, reflecting the unparalleled luxury of the development.

The official launch event will take place at the Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk on 18 February 2025, with an anticipated 15,000 attendees. The event will be graced by a performance from American pop star Jennifer Lopez, with a guest list including government officials, media representatives, celebrities, investors, and high-profile influencers.

Burj Azizi’s design will redefine Dubai’s skyline with its extraordinary features. The tower will be home to an all-suite seven-star hotel, inspired by seven different cultural themes, as well as extensive luxury amenities. Among these are wellness centres, gyms, cinemas, resident lounges, swimming pools, saunas, and mini-markets. For families, there will also be a dedicated children’s play area.

As the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower will include a vertical retail centre spanning seven floors, offering a variety of high-end dining options, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. One of the tower’s most remarkable features will be its observation deck, situated at an extraordinary height, allowing panoramic views of the city below.

In addition to these luxurious offerings, Burj Azizi is set to break numerous world records. These include the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, and the highest restaurant in Dubai, which will be located on level 122. The tower will also house the highest hotel room in the city, situated on level 118, making it a truly unique architectural marvel.

Following the launch event in Dubai, sales will also be introduced across several international cities, including Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, New York, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. The global tour will ensure that potential investors and residents from around the world can access the opportunity to own a piece of this extraordinary development.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Developments, expressed pride in the project, saying: “Burj Azizi represents one of the most significant milestones in our mission to redefine luxury living and architectural innovation. This tower is a testament to the UAE’s ambition and global excellence, and we are honoured to contribute to the city’s legacy.”

The Burj Azizi project continues to highlight Dubai’s remarkable growth and will remain an iconic part of its skyline for generations to come.
